Submission Guidelines
For poster and oral presentations

Abstract Submission Deadline 5:00pm, August 4(Fri), 2017

All abstracts must be submitted in English online through the abstract submission site by the submission deadline. No email submissions will be accepted.

Authors should assign their abstract to a specific category. (See Abstract Categories)

The maximum length allowed is 30 words for a title and 500 words for an abstract body including blank spaces.

Acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to the corresponding author’s email address and the presenting author’s email address immediately upon submission with an abstract number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please do not submit the abstract again, instead please contact the secretariat at neuro@ksbns.org.

Oral presentations can be changed to posters by the program committee.

The presenting authors will be required to register for the meeting in order to have the abstract confirmed. Attending co-authors will need to register independently.

Please proofread your abstract carefully for formatting, spelling and data errors. Errors can be corrected if revised by August 4(Fri), 2017. After this date, we cannot make any corrections.

If you choose to withdraw your abstract, please email your request by August 4(Fri), 2017, to the secretariat. After this date, your abstract will be published as it was submitted.
